Our usual turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, this can extend to up to 4 weeks in some cases. In busier periods such as Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas, please check the homepage or contact us for up to date estimates. If you require your order in a short amount of time for events or birthdays, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accomodate.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not issue refunds on personalised items. Any mistakes made by the customer in spelling of their chosen words are the fault of the customer only and a refund will not be given. If there is a spelling mistake made by Sam Cam Designs you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund by the expected date, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at samcamdesigns@gmail.com

Please obtain proof of posting. If your returned item goes missing and you have no proof of postage, no refund will be issued.
